Initial Search Setup
Analytics revealed that only 1.4% of users utilized search, which initially discouraged the company from improving it.

Additionally, missing data in Google Analytics made it difficult to understand how unsatisfactory the search experience was for users.

Customer feedback highlighted the need for better search, prompting the decision to find a new solution.

Implementation by the Magrano Team

Following an initial phone consultation where all our questions were answered, we decided to test Magrano.
Given our doubts about the return on investment, we utilized the 30-day free A/B test.

Within two days, the search functionality was ready.

We discovered that the conversion rate for customers using search was seven times higher than for those who didn’t, with search accounting for 27% of online shoporders and 30% of total revenue.
Based on Magrano’s recommendations, we adjusted the online shopdesign before launching the A/B test to ensure search was always visible on both desktop and mobile, doubling search usage with the same traffic.
